Identity Education
Our one-day course, Identity Mapping®: Bringing Your Uniqueness and Potential to Work, was created in collaboration with learning design experts from Ken Blanchard Companies, a global leader in workplace learning, productivity and leadership effectiveness.
The aim of Identity Mapping is to foster high levels of employee engagement, by aligning the identities of people with the identity of their institution. Personal fulfillment and organizational performance are mutually important goals. In this respect, one of the most powerful applications of Identity Mapping is getting people to “live the brand” in ways that are as relevant to them as they are to the company.
Based on 5 years of workshops and classes taught by Larry Ackerman, the course builds on the unique exercises in Larry’s second book, The Identity Code: The 8 Essential Questions for Finding Your Purpose and Place in the World. The program has been thoroughly ‘road-tested’ through the Ken Blanchard IQU, its Intelligence Quest University. The results speak for themselves. Identity Mapping is equally relevant to individuals generally, where discovering your identity and the natural capacities that form it, offers a new framework for making clear-eyed life choices, ranging from careers to companions.
