The Identity Circle provides three main services: Identity consulting, Identity education and Identity research

Identity consulting – We help management teams recognize and resolve fundamental identity issues affecting the performance of their organizations and employees. We offer identity strategy and personal identity coaching for executives seeking to enhance their leadership capabilities. > Read more

Identity education – We offer an intensive, one-day workshop for employees entitled Identity Mapping®: Bringing Your Uniqueness and Potential to Work. Identity Mapping is also available as a one-day personal development course to help individuals discover their uniqueness, and develop practices for expressing it throughout their lives. > Read more

Identity research – We conduct custom Identity Alignment Surveys designed to clarify employee perceptions of the identity of the company and how management actually behaves relative to it; determine how personally aligned employees are with the identity of the organization; and spell out the performance implications for everyone concerned. > Read more
