25 years, two groundbreaking books, and hundreds of clients later, I have formed The Identity Circle with one purpose in mind: to help organizations and individuals make the greatest contribution possible and to reap the benefits those contributions yield. How? By clarifying their uniqueness and the potential it holds, and assisting them in putting that potential to work in ways that dramatically improve their performance, impact and reputations.
What do we offer?The Identity Circle offers identity consulting, education and research services. Through our consulting services, we help management teams meet core identity challenges affecting corporate and human performance. We offer identity analysis and strategy, as well as personal identity coaching for executives seeking to enhance their leadership skills.
Our education services feature an intensive, one-day course for employees entitled Identity Mapping®: Bringing Your Uniqueness and Potential to Work, which was created in collaboration with learning design experts from Ken Blanchard Companies, a global leader in workplace productivity and leadership effectiveness. Identity Mapping is also available as a one-day personal development course to help individuals clarify their uniqueness and develop practices for expressing it throughout their lives.Ourresearch services focus on Identity Alignment Surveys. These surveys are designed to do three things: Clarify employee perceptions of the identity of the company and whether management acts in accordance with it; determine how personally aligned employees are with the identity of their organization; and spell out what the performance implications are. |
What’s next?The Identity Circle is already gaining momentum. Today, we are helping a major industrial concern meet the leadership and cultural challenges inherent in building its global brand. We are also introducing our Identity Mapping workshops on the West Coast.
